Our Philosophy
At Rooted Revival Counseling, my philosophy is rooted in the belief that our lives and mental health are impacted by our environment, biology, history, belief systems, racial experiences, and spiritual practices. I want to support you in exploring your roots, mending old wounds, and planting new seeds.
Our Services
I offer a variety of counseling services to meet the unique needs of my clients, including individual therapy, trauma informed yoga, and meditation classes. I specialized in PTSD, OCD, Anxiety, I am also passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals and within domains of sex therapy.
Our Approach
I believe that the relationship with the client and unconditional positive regard are vital for client success. I place a strong emphasis on building a safe and trusting environment with non-judgement and reflection, so that you can unpack, process, root, revive and heal.
I am working on applications to complete my EMDR therapy and Certified Trauma Treatment Professional certifications.
I offer various approaches such as person centered, IFS principles, mindfulness, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Existential, and Shadow Work Analysis.
